I will visit in December 2022. I visited on a weekday to let off some steam as a young man. At the beginning, I was aiming for the atmosphere of human Gyats (lol) Warayaki (Cow tongue, seared bonito salt), grilled abalone butter and soy sauce, corn tempura, Itoshima pork belly Tempura, Osaka specialty ham cutlet, potato salad, small salad, I ordered the vinegar offal. The aroma of straw wafts through the straw-grilled Cow tongue just before you put it in your mouth. When you put it in your mouth, it's soft but has a good amount of elasticity, and as soon as you bite into it, the jewara and phlegm fat overflow, making it very delicious! It's juicy. Next, we will have bonito salt tataki. Both of these salty plums have a strong straw aroma and are so salty that they remind me of the seared bonito with rock salt I had in Kochi. The bonito is also surprisingly fatty and delicious. Next, we will have grilled abalone butter and soy sauce. When you put it in your mouth while enjoying the pleasant aroma of soy sauce, the roasted abalone is extremely soft and overflows with a different flavor than tongue! delicious! I like the texture of abalone sashimi, but grilled abalone, which is soft and retains its flavor, is also delicious! Next, we will have an unusual type of corn Tempura (although it looks fried). This is a dish with a great combination of taste, texture, and aroma, with the aroma of fried corn bringing out the sweetness! Next, I will have Itoshima pork belly skewers. As soon as you bite into this, your mouth will be dominated by pork belly fat! Unlike tongue, pork fat has the best fattiness. I felt that the texture was good and it was a standard dish. It was also very delicious. Next, we will have ham cutlet. Actually, I like ham cutlet. If I see it on the menu, I'll order it 100% of the time (lol) It looks like thickly cut ham that is fried. When you immediately dump it on a plate, it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside♪ It's a thick and delicious ham cutlet. Lastly, we will have potato salad. This is a style where boiled eggs are added separately to the potato salad and mixed together. Since we can decide how much to crush the boiled eggs, we crushed them relatively coarsely to get the texture. As expected, I got the right texture and it was delicious. The frustrated young man was satisfied because he was able to eat delicious food (bitter smile) It seems that the human Gyatles' aim was right at first (lol) By the way, the young man did not know about the human Gyatles at first (bitter smile) We arrived at 7pm. Even though I visited the restaurant until close to closing time, they didn't make any unpleasant faces and the customer service was very good. Thank you very much to the staff at the store.
