最近、ちょくちょく、仕事帰りに通過するルートにある当店。実際には通過しないんだけど、通過するルートからちょっと入ったとこに、当店を含む気になる飲食店が並んでるため、あえて通っているってのが正しい。
当店の向かい側には、お洒落なネーミングの今時な感じのラーメン店や、最近できた感じの新しい雰囲気の辛麺のお店なんかもあるけど、今回は当店の前をちら見して、ちょっと怖そうな店員さんと目があって、いったん通り過ぎる（笑）引き返して入店。
何となく味噌ラーメン食べたい気分だったので、味噌とんこつラーメン800円をチョイス。
調理中から、換気がイマイチなのか、野菜を炒める音と香りにワクワクさせられる。
チャーシューも、バーナーで炙っての提供で、しっかり手をかけてくれてる。
味噌は、信州味噌っぽい濃厚感で、小生の好みの味で美味かった!そして、お野菜がホントにたっぷり。お野菜の旨味も十分でホントに良かった。
普通の豚骨ラーメンも気になるので、また、寄ってみようと思う。
