六本松421に用事があり、その帰りにランチで初訪問です。ランチ時ですぐに満席に。ぎりぎりセーフ。
こちらは生パスタとパフェが自慢のお店ですが、パフェがあまり好きではないので、パスタランチを頂くことに。パスタは別腹ですからね！
パスタランチ1100円でパスタ、スープ、サラダ、パンが付いてきます。生パスタなことを考えるとまずまずのお値段設定かなと。
ナスとソーセージのトマトソース。
こちらはそのままの麺で注文。辛口にもできますと書かれていましたが、普通でお願いしました。
ですが、それでも割とピリッとしていました。アラビアータとまではいかないくらいかな。
麺は生麺なのでもちっとした食感で美味しい。
ベーコンとチキンのガーリッククリームソース。
こちらはフィットチーネに変更。
生麺のフィットチーネは普通の麺よりももちっと感が増しててさらに美味しい。モチモチとした食感はやっぱり生麺ならではの楽しみですよね〜。
クリームの種類が豆乳クリームかガーリックか選べ辛口にもできるということでしたが、ガーリック好きとしてはガーリッククリームとあったらそれにするしか無いです。
ですが、あまりガーリックとクリームの一体感が無く、普通のクリームにすれば良かったと後悔。
選べるということなので、後がけでガーリックシーズニングを後からかけている感じなのかな？幅広い要望に応えられるようにしているので、そこは良いと思います！
パスタランチとそう変わらないくらいの値段でパフェが付くみたいなので、甘いもの好きやパフェ好きの方にはランチのセットがお得だと思います！
