仕事の合間にパスタランチ。
姪浜で以前から気になっていたベツバラーレさんの六本松のお店へお邪魔。
訪問したのは【ベツ・バラーレ12号六本松店】さん。
ランチメニューも豊富なため今回はパスタランチを注文。お好みのパスタは『エビと彩り野菜のトマトクリームパスタ辛口』。
お店のこだわりということで、県内にも多数出回っていないというイタリア製のパスタマシンで作る生麺が推しの一品。
ホームページを見ると、日本人好みにしあげたかったというセモリナ粉１００％の生パスタに強力粉を少しだけプラスしたモチモチ食感にコシの強さをプラスした麺とのこと。
生パスタという理由かどうかは分からないがパスタの提供まで時間がかかる。
その間は、ランチについてくるガーリックトーストとサラダをいただきながら時間をつぶす。
そして、パスタとご対面。
先述通りのモチモチ＋コシのある麺は食べ応え抜群。
旨味と甘みを凝縮したというトマトソースがベースになっているスープパスタのスープも絶品。
麺と絡めて食べると至高の一品となる。
野菜もふんだんに入っており、スープを完食したくなるいっぱいに仕上がっている。
もうもはや、パスタという枠では収まり切れない大満足のひとしな。
めっちゃ美味。
雰囲気の★２に関しては、東京の表参道に匹敵する、いやそれ以上のハイソな街がゆえにセレブな奥様達がパフェのクリームを根こそぎ掬いながら長居し、お話をしながら居座り続ける。そんな光景がお店にとても失礼だと感じたための★★。
お店自体の雰囲気は問題なし。
