生まれ変わった六本松になってもほとんど行かない六本松！
そんな草ヶ江～六本松にも無数の焼き鳥屋がひしめき合って乱立してます！
ちょっとだけ六本松を攻めてみます('◇')ゞ
今回伺った「道楽」さんですが、人気老舗焼き鳥屋の〝とり福〟さんの横の路地を入った
本当に目立たない、隠れ家としてひっそり営業されてます。
見つけて欲しくないのかなぁ？つーくらいひっそり営業されてます。
がしかーし！店内入ると和モダンな素敵な空間が待ってました！
焼鳥屋というより、すし屋のような空間です。

結論から言うと、「うわぁぁぁ！すっげー良い店発見したぁ～！！」です。
焼鳥はどれも秀逸です。
どれも例外なく絶品です。
最近はこのパターンの焼き鳥屋、つまり厳選素材にこだわり、炭火の遠赤効果で表面をカリッと焼き上げる。
身が大きくて1本1本が食べ応えがあり、火の通し方が素材に応じて工夫され絶妙な仕上がり。
すし屋のように、「次は○○です。」と丁寧に目の前に置かれていく焼き鳥。
鶏の銘柄指定はあえてしなくて、肉質そのものを吟味した新鮮な朝挽き鶏を使用する！
こりゃ～焼酎も進まない訳がございません！
店員さんは若い男性2人で、どっちが大将なのか分からなかったので聞いてみます。
「どっちが店主なんですか？」
「同級生なんですよ。僕たち。だから二人でやってます。」との事。
青春アミーゴか！
とても聡明で感じが良い兄さんと奥で焼き鳥焼いてるもう一人は職人風の兄さん。
この店は流行るな(￣ー￣)ﾆﾔﾘ

隠れ家風じゃなくて、本物タイプの隠れ家になってるようで心配しました。
お値段もすごく良心的です。
散々飲み散らかしてボトルも入れて5000円。
