緊急事態宣言下の土曜日ランチ。
go to eatのネット予約にて妻と二人で来店。
大濠公園の南側のまばらに飲食店が点在するエリアで少し遅れ気味の
12時少し過ぎに来店した際、カジュアルながら落ち着いた店内は
他にお客はおらず貸し切り状態。
飲食予約も少ないのでこんなものなのかなとやや居心地悪く席に着くと、
続けざまに予約客、飛び入り客が来店。あっという間に満席に。
事前予約で1,680円のＣコースをチョイス。
まずは前菜。
豚肉とフォアグラのテリーヌ、鶏肉のハム
ラディッシュのピクルス、レバーペーストのカナッペと盛りだくさん。
一品一品美味しく期待感が高まります。
レバーが苦手な妻はカナッペを私へそっと差し出しましたが…。
つづいては牛蒡と糸島野菜のミネストローネとフォカッチャ。
牛蒡が存在感があり、ミネストローネらしからぬ和風感。
パスタは鶏モモ肉とニンニクのペペロンチーノ。
ニンニクの効いたパンチのある感じ。ワインが欲しくなる味。
メインは糸島豚ロースのソテー。
レア気味に見えるけど火が通ったピンク色の豚ロース上にかかった
ジンジャーの効いたソースがマッチ！
最後の締めのデザートはミルクのソルベとガトーショコラ。
いやぁ、ランチでここまでの品数でボリュームも満足。
非常に美味しい土曜日ランチでした。
