2022年3月下旬に訪問しました！
福岡市内で焼鳥屋さんは良く行くのですが、今回は六本松の方まで行きました。
近隣だと地下鉄空港線が通っている西新駅などでは飲んだりするのですが六本松駅の方で飲むのは今回が初めてです。
Instagramでこちらのお店を知ったのがきっかけで訪問です。
使用があり西新駅で仕事をした後に歩いて訪問しました！西新駅からは徒歩25分ほどだったので歩き始めて少し後悔しました。笑
ちゃんと六本松駅を利用した方がおすすめです。
予約経路に関してはネット予約が食べログから使用できましたので食べログから予約しました。
以前から行きたいなと思っていたので、今回一緒に行った連れに以前勧めたところ前回はコースで行ったみたいでしたので今回はアラカルトで予約しました。
焼き鳥の種類も勿論豊富なのですが、日本酒のラインナップもかなりあります。
全国の地酒があるので日本酒好きには堪らないと思います。
また、変化球が効いている珍しいお酒もあるのでおススメです。
私たちは飲み比べで頼んで色々と飲ませて頂きました！
焼鳥に関しては、塩タレ選べるようになっていて福岡の焼き鳥屋さんは事前に聞かれずにおススメで出てくることが多いので意外な気持ちになりました！
元々タレが好きだったので私はタレで頼めるものはタレで注文。ねぎまが特に美味しかったです。
タレに関してはフルーツの甘味と継ぎ足しでしょうか？鳥の深み旨味が凝縮されていて非常に美味しかったです。
店内は大衆よりです。
カウンター席とちょっとした掘り炬燵がいくつかあります。清潔感もあるので誰でも入りやすいと思います。
利用用途としては普段使いが1番良いかなと思いました。近所にあれば通うこと間違いなしです。
現にお伺いした際も常連さんが多かった印象です。
