毎日の食事のほとんどで“ひとり飯”を楽しんでいることからひとり焼肉も平気なのですが、ビュッフェはどうも苦手でありまして…
あまり利用することがないのですが、店先に置かれた小籠包の写真があまりにもおいしそうでしたので、今日は中華料理のビュッフェレストラン『九龍點心』へお邪魔させていただきます
先会計とのことで入り口にあるレジで会計を済ませますと、卓番とレイアウト図が書かれたクリップボードを渡されます
席まで案内してくれないことは残念でありますが、レイアウト図があることや、遠くからでも見えるようにテーブルの目隠しとなるパーテションにも卓番が書かれていたりと、20卓以上ありながらも迷うことなく着席することができました
『九龍點心』との店名からも伝わるように、こちらは点心を中心とするお料理がいただけるお店でありまして、看板商品であろう小籠包は「豚肉小籠包」「海老入り小籠包」「フカヒレ小籠包」「麻辣小籠包」と用意されていますし、焼売も「筍焼売」「海老入り焼売」と蒸籠が並びます
少数ずつ蒸して並べられますので、蒸したての熱々をいただくことができますし、モチっとした皮に包まれるたっぷりな肉汁のおいしさが味わえまして…
山椒の風味が香る麻辣が最もお気に入りでありました
お料理はチャーハンに麻婆豆腐、焼きそばや肉団子、レバニラ、ブロッコリーのクリーム煮など8種と少なめではありますが、目の前の厨房で調理する姿を見ることができますので、臨場感も含めておいしさが伝わるものでありました
麻婆豆腐は“四川”と書かれることから辛みもありますし、滑らかな絹ごし豆腐の舌ざわりと炸醤の歯ごたえが楽しめまして…
チャーハンと同じお皿に装ってきたことで、麻婆チャーハンも楽しむことができました
ラーメンコーナーでは注文をしてから作っていただける醤油ラーメンと塩ラーメンがありまして…
小さなお茶碗サイズではありますが、スープの旨みや麺の歯ごたえなど満足なものでありましたので、夜に提供される担々麺もいただいてみたいものであります
