大濠公園駅から徒歩5分の昭和通り沿いにあるお店
席はカウンターが6-7席のみ
モダンでお洒落な雰囲気のお店です◎
北九州の郷土料理、ぬか炊きのお料理が
美味しいと聞いていたので
とても楽しみに週末ランチに伺いました
定食は ①さば ②豚肉 ③手羽先 のぬか炊きに
白ご飯、お味噌汁、漬物、野菜炒めが付いてきます
旦那は3種、私は①③の組み合わせを注文
ぬか炊きはどれもしっかりと味が染みていて
お肉がホロホロでとても美味しかったです
味噌煮に近いお味でご飯が進む進む...!
なんと言っても私はお味噌汁が絶品でした◎
白味噌の甘くて優しいお味で最高◎◎
毎日飲みたい理想のお味噌汁でした...涙
ぬか炊きはもう少し温かい状態で食べたかった気が△
お味噌汁は沸騰させてはいけないと言うように
ぬか炊きも温めずに出す理由があるのでしょうが...
定食は2種類以上の組み合わせしかないので
1種類でもう少し全体的にお安くして下さった方が
通いやすいなぁと思いました△
壁には日本酒がたくさん揃っており
夜は和風バー使いができそうなお店です◎
定食やいろいろなぬか漬けも単品で
テイクアウトできるので
いろいろな楽しみ方ができそうですね◎
そしてぬかカレーが気になるので
早い時間にチャレンジしに行きたいです!
