美術館で最も眺めの良い位置にあるレストランでは、 大濠公園やエスプラナードを一望できます。

リニューアルした市美の２階レストランです。
ホテルニューオータニさんが委託運営？
されているようですね。
この日はイベントでリリーフランキーさんの講演を
聴講した後、ひととおり館内を見学後、立ち寄りました。
リリーさんのお話かなり面白かったです。
館内にはバスキアの作品も展示されていました。
同作品はかなり前に購入されていたようで、
担当者の方はお目が高かったんですね～。
さて、レストランは1階2階2か所あります。
1階のレストランもホテルニューオータニさんの運営のようですが、
一階部分は新規オープンなので、行列ができていました。
2階はすんなり入店できそうだったので、2階に入店しました。
公園に一番近い眺めの良い席で（ただし夕陽がかなり眩しいですが）
大濠シューセット700円（紅茶付）
ＮＹチーズケーキセット800円（ｺｰﾋｰ付）
を注文しました。
メニューにセットはコーヒーしか書いてありませんでしたが、
スタッフの方にお尋ねすると紅茶もOKでした。
ホテル仕様なので、サービスはきちんとしてありますし、
接客は◎でした。
しかし、ケーキたちがでてくるのになぜか3０分以上
かかったのはちょっと・・・あれれって感じでしたが。
眺めも良くゆったりできて、お値段リーズナブルなので、
休憩スポットとしてはおすすめです。
