美術館で最も眺めの良い位置にあるレストランでは、 大濠公園やエスプラナードを一望できます。

日曜の17:30に予約して行ってみました。
2019年4月に全面改装オープンした福岡市美術館の２階にあり、ホテルニューオータニ博多が運営して
いるレストランだそうです。
今回は、期間限定の「ダリの生まれ育ったスペインコース」と題された、軽いコース料理で夕食です。
福岡市美術館の展示品にダリの絵があることから、このコースが誕生したようです。
前菜～コンソメスープ～メイン(阿蘇自然豚のオリーブオイル焼き)～デザートという流れでした。
特に、メイン料理の豚のオリーブオイル焼きは、しっかりとした豚肉で、とても美味しかったです。
食事中、だんだん日が落ちてきて、大濠公園の池に夕日が映えて、良い雰囲気でした。
普通の日は、17:30が美術館の閉館時間ですので、それ以降はお客さんも少なく、穴場の夕食場所では
ないかと思います。
ゆっくり静かに食事をするのなら(夕食)、お奨めのレストランの１つです。
