美術館で最も眺めの良い位置にあるレストランでは、 大濠公園やエスプラナードを一望できます。
地元食材を使った料理を中心に、和食・洋食のランチ、夕日や夜景とともに味わうワイン、週末限定のブランチ等多彩なメニューをお楽しみいただけます。 |
福岡市美術館で開催されている「ミナ ペルホネン／皆川明 つづく」を見た後に伺いました。
美術館の２階にあり、ニューオータニ博多が運営しているレストランです。
平日の11時40分に入ったのでまだお客さんは少なく、一番奥の大濠公園が見渡せるベストな席に案内されました。
皆川明展のスペシャルコール 3300円を注文しました。
★前菜 モッツァレラチーズと生ハムのフレッシュサラダ
★スープ サーモンのスープ
★メイン 季節野菜と明太子のパスタ
★デザート ミニロールケーキ
★ホテルメイドブランドコーヒー
スープは、皆川明氏がフィンランドを旅した時によく食べた家庭的なスープだそうです。
野菜がゴロゴロ入っていて、サーモンの味が効いていて美味しい。
明太パスタは、明太子とホワイトソースの相性が良く野菜も一緒に食べるとウマいです。
雰囲気や景色も良いし、料理も美味しくて十分満足出来ました。
見た目よりスープとパスタの量が多くて、お腹一杯になりました。
なので、デザートのロールケーキが小さめで良かったです。
ニューオータニクオリティの料理と景色の良さで、十分満足させてもらいました。
13時ぐらいにレジに向かいましたが、やはり人気ファッションブランド展だけあり
ほとんど女性のお客さんで満席状態でした。
見たい展覧会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
