初来店です。
調度も良く、まず雰囲気で安心。
飲み物をチョイスした際は、店員さんがさりげなくオススメを持ってきてくれて、その気遣いが心地よい。
カトラリーから、お料理に対する期待も高まります。
まず、アミューズ
唐津産の雲丹とお出汁に漬けた温泉卵を、お出汁のジュレで閉じ込めたもの。
夏らしく清涼感があり、さっぱりそしてじんわり美味い前菜。
スープは、カボチャの温かいスープ。
ズッキーニとパンチェッタがアクセントになる他、ディルの花があしらってあり、これまた美味い！
魚料理は真鯛で、香りもとても良い。
ふんわりジューシーにポアレしてあり、海老味噌と鯛の子のソースがとても良い。
グリーンピースのペーストが、また夏らしさがあり良い。
肉料理は、みつせ鷄。
もも肉と胸肉がそれぞれありましたが、好みとしては低温調理された胸肉がジューシーで大変美味しかった。
トリュフを混ぜたマッシュポテトも程良いアクセントがあって美味い。
締めは、桜海老とホワイトコーンの炊き込みご飯。
野菜と海老で出汁を取ったスープが、ポットに別であり、後半はお茶漬け。
デザートには、抹茶のブリュレと夏蜜柑のブランマンジェ。
量も丁度良く、夏蜜柑は香りも良くて大満足。
大変感度しました！
