We offer regional and Local Cuisine French cuisine adapted to suit Japanese tastes. The menu changes once a month, making use of seasonal ingredients. We incorporate ingredients from Kyushu, with the premise of local production for local consumption. We are particularly particular about handmade products, and even make our own Prosciutto and Itoshima pork prosciutto that has been dried for about two years. Our chewy and elastic pasta is made to order, with dried pasta for lunch and fresh pasta for dinner. We hope you enjoy our wide variety of menu items.

All wines in the restaurant are tasted and carefully selected by the chef himself. We offer a well-balanced selection, from light to heavy. Wines by the glass are less than 1,000 yen, so we offer them at reasonable prices. It's also great to share a bottle of wine with someone special! Find your favorite one! We also recommend our herbal tea made from homemade herbs as an after-meal drink.
