所用があり急遽福岡に行くことに。大濠公園駅近くのこちらのお店でお昼をとることになりました。
福岡に鰻のイメージがあまりなかったのですが、どうやら鰻を扱うお店が増えているんだとか。
丼に鰻が何切れ乗っているものにするか選べるのですが、8切れ以上だと味付けを２種類選べるとのことだったので、8切れをチョイス。
蒲焼き、白焼き、黄金焼き（醤油）から選べます。悩んだ末に、蒲焼きと白焼きにしたのですが、黄金焼きが一番珍しいのでそっちを選んでも良かったかな？
トッピングでいくらととろろも追加して、我慢ナシのフルセットでいただきました。
いざいただくと、少しかために炊かれたお米がおいしく、鰻の身の食感が引き立ちます。白焼きはふわふわで、ワサビや塩と一緒にいただくとまた香りが引き立ち、大変美味しかったです。
最後はお茶漬けにしていただけるのも嬉しい。鰻ですので少しお値段は張りますが、クオリティからして大満足です。
次は是非、黄金焼きも食べてみたいです。
