今日の昼は大濠公園付近を散策…おっ？暖簾がある…
お好み焼き屋さんになってる…突撃してみましょう！
店内はカウンター６席、テーブル３卓と小規模です！
目の前に鉄板が広がる、カウンター席に座ります…！
メニューを眺め…広島風お好み焼きでまずはコレを！
◾️ベーシックお好み焼き(750円)
麺は「そば」「うどん」を選べるので…そばを選択！
若い男性の店主の手際良い調理を見ながら待機です！
キャベツはしっかり押しつけて焼くのでシンナリと…
終盤に他の場所で炒めてた麺とドッキングして完成！
鉄板上では無く、お皿に移してから卓上に配膳です！
具材は玉子、豚肉、キャベツ、麺とシンプルな生地！
生地を潰して仕上げるので、しっとりした仕上がり…
麺はモチモチの中太ちゃんぽんなので食べ応えアリ！
ソースはラベルを見てみるとおたふくソースの様子！
甘みと酸味の良いソースに青のりの風味も相性良し！
卓上にはマヨネーズ、一味唐辛子があって味変可能！
もちろん追いソースも可能で、好みに調整出来ます！
店主の応対も非常に元気が良く、活気がありました！
持ち帰りも対応で、テイクアウト客も多かったかな？
昼飲みも出来るので、次回は飲みつつ食べたいな…笑
