行き付けの飲み屋がある。そこで数杯飲んで小腹が減った。公園のすぐ近くにお好み焼き屋があるのを知っているので初めて入ってみようと。カウンター５席テーブル3つの小さい店で 広島風にちかい。広島と違うのは麺がよく焼かれていること。卵を割るとき、手が汚れるぐらいなら片手ではなく両手で割ればいいのにと思いながら見学。
切られて皿に盛られ到着。コテ？はなく箸の提供だが、肝心な一番下の生地まで切れて居らず、ばらけて一体感が無くなるのは残念。広島風のこのばらけるのが小生は好きではない。ソースは薄く塗られており、薄味に作って客が好みに仕上げるタイプかな。量は多くて食べ応えがある。
