本日お邪魔したのは、、、
【MASAJIRO BURGER the Dish 六本松】
遠賀発のハンバーガー店。
唯一のプレートハンバーガーを提供していて、食事をゆっくり楽しめる。店内WiFi完備のオシャレな空間。
★自家製熟とろベーコンセット(1180円)
レタスにトマト、パティとベーコンとチーズにチリソースのような甘いソースを自慢の”金のバンズ”で挟んだボリューミーなハンバーガー。
見た目ほどジャンキーな味ではなく、薄めで優しい味付け！
ウリの金のバンズは、バターの香りもして甘みのあるふわっとしたバンズ。表面はカリッと焼かれていて確かに美味しい〜！
パティは薄くて安さがウリのチェーン店とあまり変わらないかな〜。一応牛肉100%みたいだけど。
自家製のベーコンは筋が多くで食べにくかったり、軟骨みたいなゴリゴリした所があったり微妙だった、、
香ばしさも塩加減も薄め。
トマトは酸味も甘みも尖ってなくて普通のトマト。レタスもあんまりシャキシャキしてないけど沢山入っててヘルシーでお得感あるね〜
ポテトは細長くてサクッととしてて好み！チェーン店で言うとマクドナルドの揚げたてに近い。金のハニマヨがめちゃくちゃいい感じ！
バーガーのソースもマヨネーズも、ポテトのハニマヨもだけもソース系こだわってて美味しいね笑
どの層をターゲットにしてるのか分からないけど、本格さを求める人は「ハングリーヘブン」や「フラスコ」に行くんだろうし、安さとカフェ使いの人は「マック」や「コメダ」でいいんだろうし、、、
なんせ六本松には長居の定番、芦屋書店のスタバがあるからね汗
ただ、フワフワのバンズは確かに最後まで食べ飽きることなく美味しかったし、変わり種も多いから気になる人は1度は訪れて見る価値はあるかもね(^_^)
