コチラは2022年11月オープン！現在、福岡県内に8店舗目展開中で六本松店は「the Dish」という名前の通りイートインの際はお皿に乗ったハンバーガーをゆっくりと座って食べることができます。
運営元は、2019年3月に産声を上げた「MASAJIRO BURGER」遠賀本店！原点は「パン屋さん」で提供していたハンバーガーが美味しいと評判になり、ハンバーガー専門店「MASAJIRO BURGER」をオープンされたとか・・・こだわりは「金のバンズ®」「牛100%つなぎなしパティ」に、全て自家製のバンズ・パティ・ソースなど〜日本初のハンバーガー選手権「Japan Burger Championship 2022」に福岡県内で唯一出場！したりと今注目を集めているハンバーガー店です。
外観は数軒と連なる店舗の1階！店内はカウンター8席、テーブル5卓で木のぬくもりを感じる優しいカジュアルなデザイン空間〜メニューは六本松限定「自家製熟とろベーコン」から、「ザ・クアトロマッシュ」「チリビーンズ」「ベリークリームチーズ」「アボカドバジル」「とろとろチーズ」「ザ・ディッシュ」の7種類がラインナップされています。
頂いたのは、1番人気「自家製熟とろベーコン」です！お皿にポテトと一緒に配膳されて来ました！先ずは一口と大きなお口でガブリっ「こりゃ！美味しい〜」自家製「熟とろベーコン」が柔らかく！香ばしく！ジューシーで旨すぎる（笑）熟とろベーコン、金のバンズ、牛100%パティと三位一体！ゴールデントライアングルが完成されていて完璧☆全ての旨みが口の中で広がります。
バンズは、サクふわな「金のバンズ」で口当たり軽いこと！そして肉肉しい繋ぎなしの100%牛パティの味濃い牛の味は好きだな〜久しぶりにこんな美味しいハンバーガーを食べました。
次回は、違ったハンバーガーを食べてみようと思います！ごちそうさまでした。
