外観は川沿いに建てられ！店内は本格料亭の風情が漂い格式高い雰囲気です。
コチラは博多「水炊き御三家」と言われる名店のひとつで創業110年の老舗水炊き店です！丸鳥と鶏ガラを1日かけてじっくり炊き込んだ白濁スープが特徴で「一生に一度は飲んでいただきたい白濁のスープ」 とキャッチーなコピーの通り100年間守ってきた自慢のスープは絶品です〜スープは「塩」の味付けだけで先ず飲んでみて！鶏白湯は旨味たっぷりで奥深い味わいだ〜次は自家製ポン酢で新鮮なプリプリの「朝引き鶏」を食べてみるよ〜変わらぬ名店の味「博多名物 水炊き」です。
鶏のフルコース！小鉢から「鶏唐揚げ」「鶏つくね団子」「鶏水炊き」「鶏叩き」とどれも美味しい〜特に「つくね」は絶品でした！
〆は「雑炊」です〜鶏白湯をたくさん吸収した雑炊は最高！ココにも「ポン酢」をちょい足して美味しく頂けます。
たまにランチからでも立ち寄りたい「水炊き」専門店です！ごちそうさまでした。
