福岡に友達が遊びに来ていてランチに老舗の水炊き屋さんに行きました。
お店の敷地内にある駐車場に車を停めて予約していた12時に4名で訪問。
店内の雰囲気良く個室に案内されまた。
車の運転なので烏龍茶で乾杯。
藤コース6050円税込み
先ずは水炊きスープからスタート
前菜
【鶏レバーパテ最中、ツマブキキンピラ、スナップエンドウ、ベイ貝、冷たい茶碗蒸し】

創業114年継ぎ足しのスープ絶品でした。
鶏は専用の養鶏場があり生後2ヶ月〜3ヶ月の雄だけを使っていて雄の方が骨から肉が離れやすく美味しいと説明を受けました。
確かに食べやすく美味しかったです。
〆は雑炊では無く水炊きスープをご飯にかけて食べる珍しい〆でしたがスープが絶品なのでめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
スタッフさんが1人ついて頂き全て丁寧に作ってくれ料理の説明などもしてくれます。
お店の雰囲気良く料理も美味しくスタッフさんの接客も丁寧で良くとても楽しいランチになり皆んな喜んでくれて嬉しかったです^_^
また必ず行きたいと思います。
