今日は、呉服町に来ていますよー
焼き鳥屋の家康2号店です。
博多の焼き鳥屋には、戦国調の名前を関したところが多いのですが、それを始めたのが、戦国焼鳥家康の創始者大島静喜氏だそうです。起業するからには天下を取りたいとの思いからだそうです。また、「焼鳥が焼きあがるまでに何かつまめるものを」という店の配慮から無料でキャベツを出したのも、こちらが始まりだそうで、それが人気を博し、これにあやかって、次々と戦国武将調のお店が増えたそうです。
キャベツの件は、ほかのお店でも書いた覚えがありますので、よくある、本家、元祖と創始など、言いたい放題なのでしょう。本当は誰が創始者なのか、教えてほしいものです。
お店に入ると、陣太鼓が鳴ります。景気良い感じです。さて、焼き鳥ですが、それほど大きくはありません。まあ、値段が1本税込70円からですので、ぜいたくは言えません。サクッと飲んで、ササッと帰るのに適したお店だと思います。
ただ、こちら、全席喫煙なので、私は、入り口近くに席を取り、入り口のドアを少し開けて、たばこの煙が混じっていない外気を取り入れるようにして飲んでいました。全席禁煙になるといいなぁ。
