蒸し野菜のバーニャカウダや茶碗蒸しはとっても良い
熱々の野菜は美味しいです。
冷たい料理のお野菜は薄味系
白いお皿や透明なお皿が多く色味が少ないので、料理映えはしないのが残念。
デザートは多めなので女性は喜びそう。
男性にはもう少し濃いめの味が欲しい所ですね〜
