福岡のラーメン好きアカウントでよく見かける＋絶賛されているので
小倉から行くことを決めました。
中洲川端駅からは結構歩きます。バス停の方が近いです。
本当はお昼に行く予定だったのですが
前日夜の来店客が多かったらしく
開店が遅れることをインスタ・ストーリーで知りました。
その後の予定が詰まっていたので、昼→夜に変更。
スープ切れで閉店はなく、夜に行っても開いてて安心しました。
紙エプロンが有料なのは知っていたので、紙エプロンは持参しました。
立地的に仕事帰りのサラリーマン・土木作業員の方が多かったです。
「紙エプロンないですか？」や、紙エプロンのサイズへの要望が多かったこと
「行列ができているのに、食べ終わった後もスマホを扱わないでください」など
常識・マナーと思われることが、壁に貼られていました。
この価格帯・客層では、わざわざ書かないと仕方ないのかなと思います。
店主は若いお兄さんで、インスタを見ていると
常にキャパ限界を超えているんじゃないか？と心配になります。
カリカリの焼き餃子はレモンサワーにぴったりでした。
生姜酸辣湯麵は、お腹すきすぎて先に麺を食べてしまって
スープを適度に飲みながら食べれば良かったと後悔しました。
昼だと、ご飯セットもあるようですね！
焼き餃子と酸辣湯麵で満腹になりました。
また酸辣湯麵が食べたくなったら来ます。
