創作料理がうれしい、大人のお店。雑餉隈「串好」2013年01月17日NEW!
テーマ：福岡市博多区／南部久しぶりに南方面へ遠征です。
雑餉隈（福岡の人しか読めませんが『ざっしょのくま』と
読みます。武田鉄矢のふるさとです）へ。
駅前は、昭和を思わせる古き良き商店街。
その中で上品な存在感を見せる「串好」は
串揚げ・串焼きを中心に、いろんな料理が楽しめます。
一見、雑餉隈の中では敷居が高いお店に見えてしまいますが
入るととても落ち着く明るい店内。
お通しもおしゃれ。
串揚げ５点とドリンクがセットで980円
というのがありました。串はおまかせ。
一通り説明されましたが、覚えてません。
串揚げって、食べるとよくわからなくなるし・・
ホタテ、ささみ、うずら等などです。
白身魚のしそチーズ巻きとか、レタス豚バラ巻きとかも。
ちょいと「ひと手間」かけた串がおいしい。
串揚げ以外もいろいろ。
新メニューで「赤のユッケ」「白のユッケ」というのがある。
いずれも490円。赤を注文
たんに赤身魚と白身魚の違いかと思いきや、
イカなんかも入ってる。
コチュジャンでピリ辛の味付け。
うずらの卵とかき混ぜます。
手づくりつくねの温タマのせは380円。
甘辛いタレがおいしい。
くろいさは、やっぱりお湯割りですね。
〆には、貝割れ寿司をいただきました。
3貫で380円。
ピリッと辛く、口の中がすっきり。
いい感じで締まります。
常に新メニューをつくってらっしゃるようですね。
また来たくなります。
