一楽ラーメン。かなりの老舗でございます。
何店舗かありますが、今日は本店へ。
お店入って正面の奥に食券があります。そこで一揃い買います。
ラーメンに焼きめし（小）、替え玉も。
麺の硬さを伝えて、しばらく待ちます。
この際に、「高菜ください」と言えば高菜が一皿出てきます。昔はこんもり丼に盛ってた気もしますが、時代でしょう。
ラーメンはもう「ザ・オールドスクール」。
塩味強めの古い、懐かしい。これぞ福岡のとんこつ、というラーメンです。にんにくを入れると、塩漬けにんにくなので塩辛さが増し、更には高菜も塩辛い。
正直高菜は要らないかもしれません。
バランス的には素の状態のラーメンで完璧に完成されています。
焼きめしもラーメンの元ダレを使っているような、いかにも古いラーメン屋の焼きめし。
ほっくほくで出てきます。これもやはり若干塩が強めな印象。
しかしながら、これこそが福岡の古いラーメン。昔はみんなどこもこうだったのです。
