どーもみなさん、なんしよっとー？！
福岡中心に食べ歩きしている、もりP〜です(^^)
本日お邪魔したのは、、、
【宇宙軒】
★やわらか皿うどん(中)
1番人気！
細麺のうどんに、豚肉・イカ・竹輪・かまぼこ・野菜を炒めたものを乗せた皿うどん。具材が多くなかなか豪華。具材もくた〜っとなっていて食べやすい。
味付けは塩味強めで結構しょっぱい。味は嫌いじゃないけどちょい辛すぎるかな、、、
麺はやわやわでコシがなく、塩辛いソースをかなり吸っている。使ってる油の量も多く、かなりこってりとしてる。
ビールなんかとの組み合わせはかなり良いかも。
こってり感とか食材やうどんのクタクタ感から、終盤のもつ鍋を連想した笑 味は全然違うんだけどね。
身体に気を遣わないでいいならずっと食べてたい中毒性があるので危険そう汗
2番人気の酢豚も気になるねぇ〜。。
