海の中道へ行く途中、雁ノ巣レクリエーションセンターより手前左側にあるシーフードレストラン。
夕暮れ時に行ったっ為、アプローチの照明や雰囲気が期待させてくれます。
入店すると左手にカウンター6席とテーブル席が４～５くらい。
カウンターに2人で陣取る。
白のレザー張りで洒落た感じだ。
奥には水槽があり店名の「ＡＱＵＡ］を彷彿させる。
若い男性が厨房とホールで各1人ずつ。
お客さんは女性の2人組が殆んど。
「そんなに人気なんだぁ」と思いつつオーダーを眺める。
パスタを選べる2000円台のコースを注文。
ドリンクもワインやスパークリングなど各種あるようだ。
前菜の後に冷製スープが来るのに時間がかかる。
お客様の数に対し店員が少なく対処しきれていないようだ。
おまけにホールの男性は不慣れなようで、ヘルプなのか？と思うくらい。
飲食店としては致命的・・・と言いたいところだが次に出たパスタが非常に美味しく帳消しに！
エビの旨みが良い具合にパスタ全体にからまっていて麺の固さも頃合い。
デザートのカシスのソルベもさっぱりしていて美味しかった。
オペレーションに問題があるが、ペスカトーレを食べてみたいので再訪あり。
