10月よりリニューアルオープンとのことで、新しくなったメニューを頂きました。
店内には生簀があり、新鮮な伊勢エビやオマールが調理されて出てきます。
今日のコースのメインは伊勢エビ！！本当のメインは低温ローストの宮崎県産黒毛和牛なんでしょうが、エビに圧倒されてしまった（笑）
その大きさといったら、今までの人生で最大。
いや、大きさだけでなく、味も最高。
伊勢エビなのに、脚の中までぎっしりと身が入っていて、まるでタラバの様でした。
その日の素材でコースの内容が変わるそうですが、今日の伊勢エビに巡り逢えて超ラッキーでした。
