4500円のランチコースを予約して訪問。
とても美味しくて、コスパも良くて大満足でした。
飲み物は
オレンジジュースと
炭酸水
を頂きました。
まず、前菜。
お魚のフライと
自家製のパテドカンパーニュと
これも自家製のスモークサーモン
と、野菜がいろいろと添えられた一皿でした。
フライも、サーモンもそれぞれ前菜というよりメインと言っても良いぐらい、どれも美味しかったです。
サーモンはとても分厚くて、食べ応えもあり食感も味も良かったです。
パテドカンパーニュも、味付けがとても好みでとても美味しかったです。
コーンポタージュスープも
ボリュームもあって、しっかりとしたコーンの旨みが感じられてとても美味しかったです。
メインのお肉は
45分近くかけてじっくりとローストされたもの。
お肉が柔らかくて、
添えられた赤ワインのソースも、ちょっと酸味も感じられてとても美味しかったです。
大きなお肉が二切れも入っていてボリュームもすごかったです。
パンもとても美味しかったです。
デザートは
はっさくのちょっと苦味のある爽やかな味わいに
柑橘の甘味の強いスープと
ほんのりとした優しい甘みのあるパンナコッタの
一体となった美味しさがたまりませんでした。
お昼から、こんな素敵なランチが頂けて、感謝です。
お店に入る時は、小雨が降っていましたが
お店を出てからはちょっと暑いくらいに晴れて
その後の博多散策も楽しかったです。
