和白方面に出かけた際に、通り道で見つけたので入ってみました。
テーブルはそれぞれ区切られていて、家族連れも利用しやすいと思います。
メニューは、食べ放題コースやお肉別のコース、単品で好みのお肉・野菜を選ぶタイプがあります。
鍋やだしも数種類あり、2人で来ても違う種類を楽しめました。
今回は、「霜降り和牛コースのすきしゃぶだし」と「イベリコ豚と水菜のしゃぶしゃぶコース」にしました。
イベリコ豚のコースは、脂身たっぷりのイベリコ豚とシャキシャキの野菜を一緒に食べると、とても美味しかったです。
店員さんがオススメしてくれたのですが、ポンズなどのタレをつけずに、カツオだしのスープのみで食べるとより美味しいです。
締めの麺と雑炊も、カツオだしスープがいい味出していました。
1人前のコースで、充分お腹いっぱいになりました。
牛角のチェーン店ですが、味・値段ともによかったと思います。
