レトロな店構えの自然薯料理のお店。

萌葱コース(黒毛和牛とろろすき焼き)
内容は以下のとおり
・ムカゴ、生とろろ、鮪胡麻
・すき焼き
(黒毛和牛、野菜盛り、自然薯うどん)
・麦飯
・デザート
最初に出てくるムカゴはとても好み。
生とろろはすごい粘り気でトゥルトゥル。
鮪胡麻もおいしい。
すき焼きのお肉は伊万里牛だった。
生卵を溶いて、とろろを加えて、すき焼きをいただく。とろろがよく会う。
お肉もお野菜も追加可。
猪肉を追加したが、すき焼きにしては、割と厚切りされており、そのせいか、脂が硬すぎて少し苦手な感じだった。臭みは無くて、いいんだけど。
次に機会があったら違うお肉を追加してみよう。
〆の自然薯うどん、とても美味しかった。
見た目はきしめんみたいに平たいけど、きしめんよりもモチモチしている。
＊雰囲気
箱崎らしい、古い日本家屋でよい雰囲気。
お席は掘り炬燵式では無いので、長時間だと、少し疲れてしまうかな。
