事前に予約して出かけましたが、途中渋滞に
引っかかり通常30分で行けるところ
倍以上時間が掛り少し焦りました。
メイン無しでランチバッフェ 60分
2,200円をチョイスしました。
いただいたのはサラダとスープが中心だったので
何の罪悪感もなくいくらでも食べることができました。
十分に元を取ったと思います。
野菜は八女産を使ったフェアーでしたので
また、違った時期に訪問すれば
別のお楽しみがあるかもしれません。
リゾートホテルのバッフェとはいえ
特有の喧騒と料理のテーブルがお客の収容人数に対し
小さかったので正直あまり期待感は持てませんでしたが
予想に反し一つ一つの料理、スィーツ類の
クウォリティの高さは特筆しておきたいと思います。
サラダのドレッシングの一つがバーニャカウダ風で
気に入りました。
また、ジェラートやAussie大好きパブロバが
とても美味しいと思いました。
