すごく濃いとんこつラーメンでした
もやしもたくさん入れ放題なのでお得には感じますがスープがもともとぬるくて麺のあったかさを感じてしまうラーメンだったので
当然のことながら冷たいもやしを入れるとスープの温度がどんどんどんどん下がってしまい楽しみが半減してしまいました
なかなかおいしいとんこつラーメンだと思いますが
ここに来る前にもう一軒とんこつラーメンを味わい同じ方向性だったのでその2つをどうしても比較してしまってややこちらの方が負けてるなと言うふうに思います
ただ本当にしっかりと炊き出されて美味しいと思います
あとは温度だな
