チャーシューが美味いと評判を耳にして訪店。
14時に先客なし。厨房内で床ブラシかけていて準備中かと驚いた。そのままお兄さんがラーメンを作る…。
注文は
ぷくラーメン 580円(税込)
(ラーメン740円より若干の少なめとの事)
スープは油分強めにも関わらず、麺の湯ぎり悪いのかお湯割で薄味。残すのも勿体無いので味変を試みてセルフコーナーに行くも、少量残ったモヤシは干からびてて。仕方なく紅生姜の塩気を足して完食。
確かにチューシュー厚めでホロホロで特徴的でした。
店内はアットホームで終始ワイワイと店員さん同士で楽しそうでしたね。
