ここは子供の頃に行ったっきり。久々です。
30年以上前でしょうか。
このお店はリニューアルされていますが、30年以上前からこの場所で営業されています。
3号線を当時の友人と通ったときにはいつも
「腹減るよな～」
「大人になったら一緒イコ～」
とか言ってた記憶。
当時なにかの集まりで一緒に行き、美味しく肉を食べた記憶があります。
今回はテイクアウトで注文。
事前電話予約がおすすめです。
そうすれば焼きたての肉を詰めた丼を仕上げてくれます。
カルビ丼とか豚丼とか色々ありますが、おすすめしてくれたのは特盛丼980円税込み。
ホルモン、牛、豚などいろんな肉がたくさん入ったものになっているそうです。
店内。
リニューアルされてまして・・・当時の面影なんてないと思います。
外観も当時の面影ないですから。
へ～おもちゃなんてあったっけ？絵本とかもおいています。
家族連れに優しい仕様です。
特盛丼を手渡しの際に
・ソースはかけていないこと、別添にしていること
・一気にかけてもいいし、少しずつかけてもいいし、焼き肉のようにつけて食べてもいいし
と店員さん気にかけてくれます。
今回は少しずつ付けて食べることに。
盛りだくさんの肉。
玉ねぎやかぼちゃもいい具合に焼けてます。
プロが焼くと違いますね。
素人はどうしても肉が気になって放置してしまい、焦げちゃって・・・
とよくありがちですから。
ソースはほんのちょいと辛い程度。
辛さ耐性無しの私が平気なくらいですから、普通の人なら風味付けレベルです。
玉ねぎとかもいい具合に甘く焼けてますから、辛味がよく感じると思います。
肉はカルビやロース、豚肉、ホルモンなどいろいろはいってますので得な感じがします。
