馬出 九大病院東門の前にある うどんと定食のお店です。
ごぼう天うどんを注文しました。
麺は普通サイズの柔らかいうどんです。
出汁は、鰹節と昆布が効いている感じ 酸味と甘みが少し強くぱっちりメイクのうどんです。
ごぼう天は注文が入って揚げてて、棒状のごぼうを一つずつ揚げるタイプでした。
