福岡中心に食べ歩きしている、もりP〜です(^^)
本日お邪魔したのは、、、
【地蔵】
★地蔵そば(820円)
更科そばに、とろっとろなあんかけスタイルの出汁をかけ、でっっけえ厚揚げ豆腐と大根おろしと葱、レモンと柚子胡椒をトッピングした1杯。
出汁は濃いめで、甘さと塩味、そしてかすかな酸味が感じられてうまい。結構個性があってここでしか食べられない味付けだったのが印象的！それでも万人に受けそう！
自家製で平打ちの更科そばは、超やわやわで歯切れがよい。もうちょい食感があった方が食べ応えもあって好みかも。。
厚揚げ豆腐は熱々で分厚い絹豆腐で、衣が以外にもサクサクなのが嬉しいポイント！
遅めの時間だったけどひっきりなしにお客さん来てて人気の理由も納得なランチでした〜！
次は暖かくなった頃に「くるみそば」とやらを食べに来たいな(^^)
