ここのそば屋さん、何度も何度も行こうとしたのですが、定休日だったり、お腹が減らなかったりとなかなか縁がなく、ようやくご縁がつながりました。
ちょっと遅めなのと天気も悪いのでお客は私だけ。何とも贅沢な。
ざると木の葉丼小を頼みました。それほど待たずに供されます。
ざるの汁は関東風な印象。そばは風味のいいコシのある感じ。
でも印象に残っているのはむしろ丼の方。木の葉丼とは玉子丼に椎茸や葉っぱなどがはいっているのの。1口食べると不思議な食感。おそらく天かすだと思うのですが、これがなかなかいいアクセント。味付けもコクのある私好みな感じ。
ざるを頼むとき、いつも大盛りにしようか迷い、あげく普通にして、後で後悔します。今回ももう少しそばが食べたかったと思いつつ、店を後にしました。ごちそうさまでした。
