長浜ラーメンのお店です。
近くで検索したら出てきたので入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。座席数はまずまずありましたね。
壁に芸能人？の方の写真が飾ってありました。
お客様はお一人様から複数人様まで来ていました。地元の方が多かった印象。
注文したのは
『ワンタンメン』＋ゆで卵
何となく気分で選んでみました。
ゆで卵はメニューには出ていなくて、テーブルの上にちょこんと置いてあります。
お味の方は、
スープはとてもシンプル。アッサリしていて、旨味重視の典型的な長浜ラーメンでしたね。
替玉は直接器に入れてくれるスタイル。
ゆで卵は単純なゆで卵なので、味は付いていないです。
ワンタンは美味しかったです。
チャーシューは普通かな。
美味しく頂きました。
