地下鉄の馬出九大病院前駅近付近にあります。仕事で出かけて17時に終わったので、こちらに飛び込みました。中途半端な時間だったのでお客は私一人。感じのいい女将さんが接客と調理をされていました。
ワンタン麺700円。安いです。あっさり系長浜ラーメンの正統派というのが、その風貌からビシバシ伝わります。スープをひと口。うーん、まさに！あっさりだけど旨味と甘味がしっかりしています。中細麺も、トゥルントゥルンのワンタンも旨し。
ダイエット強化月間のため、歯を食いしばって替玉を我慢しました。
