図書館の休日に〜1箱崎「静香」｜福岡ゴクチュウ酒記
暑くて・・とにかく暑くて・・
そして何もすることがない休日。。
こんな時、たまにはひとりで県立図書館へ。
朝10:00から2時間、本を読んで・・
お腹すいたんで、近所のお店「静香」へ。
筥崎宮の参道沿いにある大衆食堂です。
コの字のカウンターが昭和な雰囲気。
奥に写真が小さく飾ってるのが
（たぶん亡くなってる）先代かな。
じゃあおばあちゃんはその奥さん？
大将は息子さんで、、あとはお嫁さんか・・
絵に描いたような家族経営の食堂。

暑かったんで、生ビールに
メニューはこんな感じで
ラーメン、焼きそば、ちゃんぽんが3本柱。
ビールに合いそうな焼きそばに。600円
あら、意外と麺が太めで焼きちゃんぽんって感じ。
ソースも薄めだし。。
見てたら、大将がひとりで家庭用のフライパンで
全メニューを作ってるようす。
料理終わるたび、おばあちゃんがフライパンを洗ってます。
ちゃんぽんも焼きそばもプロセスがほぼ同じなんだね。
まあ、期待してた焼きそばとは違ったけど
お店の雰囲気は悪くない。

A glass of levanilla. . ``Shizuka'' in Hakozaki ``Shizuka'' is located along the approach to Hakozaki Shrine. The last time I came was...it was 8 years ago. There is a Japanese Confectionery shop next door, so the space is a bit small. I guess the menu has changed a bit. I had a beer. The levanilla set meal is 900 yen, but if you buy it separately it's -150 yen. The large cut of liver is nice.The seasoning is a perfect marriage with the beer.I love this way of drinking it.Also, I didn't order it, but I was curious about the hot tea for 400 yen! ?
