飲みもラーメンも夜定食も
地下鉄箱崎宮前すぐの飲み屋さん。
昼はたまに通るのですが、夜はなかなか行かなくて。
用事もありましたのでついでに軽く
ビールを飲みながら考えます。
焼き鳥もいいな、おでんもいいな、夜定食もいいな～
何でもありますね。
炭火のいい香りがしたので焼き鳥に。
年配の男性と若いお兄さんがテキパキ対応してくれます。
週末だったせいか少しお客さんは多かったです。
周囲の区役所にお勤めの方が多いようですね。
あとはご近所のおじいさんとかお婆さんが1人飲み。
焼き鳥塩。
結構さっぱり食べられます。
タレはちょっとコクあり。
少し甘めかな？
ビール飲んだあとからだからかもしれませんが。
軽くなのでさっとラーメンで締めます。
箱崎のラーメンは海苔必須です。
見た目より結構あっさり。
チャーシューは脂身多し。
麺は細め、きくらげ入り。
年配の男性がさっさと手慣れた手付きで出してくれます。
飲んだあとに良いラーメンですね。
以前はお昼も開いていたようなのですがどうなんでしょう？
