そばが食べたい。そう思うことがある。幼少の記憶がそうさせているのだろうか、東京勤務のときも大阪勤務の時もそう思うことがある。緑のやつで済ますことが多いが、手繰りたくなるのである。手繰るといえば冷たいほうだよね。ということで、知人の紹介でこちらのお店に到着。ざるを注文。
なんか、ほかの人のも一緒に出来上がったものが置かれているな。ざる、結構まって着笊。カエシはやや甘めで魚が強く塩味は強いほう。そばはやや太く長い。機械切りだと思う。風味は少なく歯切れもよくない。それでも、ちゃんと間食してそば湯を要求。頼まないと来ないのだろうか。やけに赤いのが気になりつつ飲んでみる。あ、これに詰めたやつだわ。酸味が強く、飲むのを断念。
コメントは特になし。あ、更科でこんなに色があるのは初めて。
