老舗の蕎麦屋がある事は知ってましたが
入る勇気なくて今まで行ってませんでした。
うどんの気分だったんですが
初めてなので蕎麦を頼みました。
大好きなとろろ昆布にしました。
一口食べると、う、薄い…
味がするまで何度も何度もスープ飲んでみてしまったので
蕎麦食べる前からだいぶスープが減ってしまいました。
人生今まで食べたうどん・蕎麦屋さんで
1番味が薄いです。
出汁の味はしますが、それを味わう味がないというか…
一味をちょっとかけたら一味の味がしっかりします。
一味を味わうなんて初めて…
手打ち蕎麦の本来の味を噛み締めてほしいので
スープの味は出汁勝負で味薄めですみたいな感じですか？
それともごぼう天とか味が濃いものを入れて丁度よい設定なのかな？
蕎麦はとても細麺で量が多く感じました。
黙々と食べてしまいました。
相席で狭い4人席を4つに仕切ってあり
隣の人と友達になれそうくらいの距離でした。
いつも彼氏と座るよりも近かったです。
自分のテーブル40cm×30cmくらい。
初めてかまぼこととろろ昆布の味が濃ゆ！と思ってしまいました。
かまぼこ好きじゃないけど美味しかったです。
スープがちょっと私には上品すぎました。
