去年からお気に入りのTHE LUIGANS☆
今回は前から気になっていたミディアムレアに行ってきました！
お店に入ったら、噂どおりの目の前におっきな鉄板。
イケメン（？！）のおにぃさんが出迎えてくれました。
頼んだのはお値段的に真ん中のコース（8000円）
おにぃさんも一押し！と勧めてくれたので即決ｗｗ
目の前でジュージュー焼きあがるお魚とお肉はもちろん、
季節の野菜も甘みがあって、とってもおいしかったです！
お肉好きの相方さんも、野菜好きの私も大満足☆でした。
料理の味も感激でしたが、
何より感激したのが職人のおにぃさんのコテさばき！
とてもきさくにお話ししてくれていたのですが、ひとたびコテを握ると目に本気が宿る。
華麗なコテさばきは「さすが！」のプロフェッショナルでした★
ほろ酔いの相方さんは
このコテさばきを見るためだけでも来る価値あるねー！
なんて言ってました＾＾
