いやー、旨かったです。
手打ちのほうれん草パスタおススメです。

ずっと書きたかったが、どんな言葉をもって、
この料理の感動を伝えていいのか、分からず、ずっと下書き保存状態だった。
ここは、福岡の都心部から少し離れた香椎宮駅の近くに位置する。
全国からシェフになった新人が、まず味を確かめに派遣されるそうだ。(お客さんから聞いた話による。)
それもそのはず、料理長は、辻学園で教鞭をとり、イタリアで修行を積んだからである。
味は、想像を遥かに超えてくる。
旨い。と言う言葉では、伝えきれないものがある。
思わず心の中で唸ってしまう。
僕が、東京の名店で感動しないのは、
ここのパスタが標準になっているからである。
長々と書き連ねても、伝わらないと思うので、
評判や流行に全く左右されない僕が心から薦めることができる唯一のお店であることを知ってほしい。
