同じ福岡市内でも東区というのは縁がなく全くいきませんが、
東区では人気あるイタリアンで食事会が開催されるので参加、この為だけのワイン付き特別なコース。
最寄駅は「香椎」素通りばかりで下車したことないですが、大きな香椎神宮がありお参りする観光客も多い。
個人的に香椎と言えば松本清張の点と線の舞台・・なイメージ。
自宅最寄り駅から地下鉄やバスで気軽に直通で行けました。
最寄駅から参道の途中にお店があります。
ちょっとこじんまりとした家庭的な店内。
まずはサーモンのパイ包み。
丁寧に作られたパイの中はふっくらサーモンとえのきが入って面白い食感。その周りのソースが超～美味しい。
パンはオリーブが塗られてます。
冷製パスタはトマトとバジルとシンプルな構成、シンプルなのに奥深い。
平打ちパスタ。こちらは小麦粉から作られたもの。
トマトソースベースに具は茄子。麺を味わうって感じ。
ポークソティー。
家族経営なので、サーブとかはゆったりとはされてますが、作り手が丁寧に作業されてます。決して派手ではなく、素朴なイタリアンですが満足度は高いかと。
