週末のランチを食べに、こちらア・ドマーニさんへ行ってきました。
注文したのは前菜、スープ、パスタ、サラダ、
ドルチェ、コーヒーがついたＢセット。
パスタはエビとスナップエンドウのトマトソースの
パスタを注文しました。
前菜はホタテのトマトソース和えと、鶏肉とピクルス。
ホタテは少しピリ辛で濃厚な味わい、鶏肉とピクルスはオイルで
和えてありましたがピクルスで後口爽やか、美味しかったです。
前菜を食べているうちに無性にワインが飲みたくなったので
赤をグラスで注文。当然ながら旨い！
この日のスープはかぼちゃのポタージュ。
まろやかですが、甘すぎないので飲みやすかったです。
そしてパスタ、サラダ、そしてバゲットが登場。
パスタはインパクトのある味付けでは無いけど、トマトソースが濃すぎず薄すぎず、
良い塩梅で優しい味わい、とても美味しかったです。
またスナップエンドウのサクサク感とエビのプリプリ感のバランスが良く、
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
ドルチェは木苺のタルト、こちらもコーヒーと共に頂いて
この日のランチ終了。
また今度は夜に訪れてみたい、素敵なレストランでした。
