美味しいワインが飲みたくて香椎の近くにイタリアンのお店があったことを思い出し訪問。
10年くらい前に香椎に住んでた時に一度ランチを食べて美味しくて夜も行って見たいと思ってた。
コースにしようか迷ったけどそんなにお腹空いてなかったのでアラカルトで。
4月からメニューを一部リニューアルしたそうで初出のものも幾つかあったようです^ ^
・ホタテの香草パン粉焼
・フエットチーネボルチーニ茸ゴルゴンゾーラのクリームソースパスタ
・牛フィレ肉のソテーローズマリー風味
どれも美味しかったけど特にゴルゴンゾーラのクリームソースは絶品で自家製のフェットチーネとの相性抜群でした！牛フィレ肉のソテーは超巨大なフレッシュなホワイトアスパラが乗っていてその上からシェフがアツアツのガーリックオリーブオイルをテーブルの上でかけて頂きました！
シャキシャキで美味しかった！
シェフはもともとフレンチの出身だそうで、なんと息子さんも東京の有名なあの某三ツ星フレンチで修行されてるそうです^ ^
リストランテだけど堅苦しくなく気軽に入れるお店。奥様が個性的で楽しいお店でした！
